La búsqueda del tesoro

My students love to do all class speaking activities and I try to make the most out of them and push the students to ask and answer questions.  About a year ago or so I was inspired by an activity I came across on this blog http://elmundodebirch.wordpress.com/2011/10/02/a-different-take-on-communicative-activities/  and ever since I have made one for just about every topic we cover. I call it “la búsqueda del tesoro” or treasure hunt and it requires the students to create questions based on a criteria I set up.  They then need to find someone that meets that criteria by asking different students in class the question they created.  Once they found that person they can write their name and information.

Here are a few examples:

How do you get your students to ask questions???

    https://docs.google.com/a/ltps.info/file/d/0B8ugH_L-Ri0yQ3B4TmJjUGxiV0U/edit
